Wednesday Morning Yoga!
Roll outta bed, roll out your mat and place your coffee cup within reach. We will warm up gently and mindfully and then engage in a lovely group flow with equal parts stretch/strengthen/relaxation flow (at this point, you can move your cup out of the danger zone).
This class is beginner friendly, with lots of options to modify and adapt to your individual body needs.
Please arrive slightly early, as we will begin right at 7am EST.
(But if you’re late, just cmon and be sure you’re muted)
